First Aid Merit Badge Workshop

Troop 2000 will be offering Scouts the opportunity to earn the First Aid Merit Badge - plus - the Tenderfoot, Second Class, and First Class first aid rank requirements related to this badge. It is highly suggested that any Scout that does not already have this badge to seriously consider this opportunity including brand new scouts just joining the troop. 

We will be dividing this event into 4 sessions to allow scouts to either complete the full merit badge at this time or only attend the virtual academic sessions and make-up the in-person sessions at a later date.

Session 1 - 5/23/21 (break out session during troop meeting)

Virtual zoom discussion on Tenderfoot req. 4a & 4b and Second class req. 6a & 6b 

Session 2 - 5/30/21 (break out session during troop meeting)

Virtual zoom discussion on the academic portion of the the First Aid MB requirements

Session 3 - 6/6/21 (location: church parking lot | Time: TBD)

various In-person small group workshop stations covering CPR and first-aid kit Merit Badge requirements. Plus, First Class req. 7c

Session 4 - 6/13/21 (location: church parking lot | Time: TBD)

various In-person small group workshop stations covering First Class req. 7a & 7b. Plus related First-Aid MB bandage demonstration/show requirements.
